Terms & Conditions
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If a class is cancelled for any reason, we will refund you or reschedule the class.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change.
- Loco Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Loco Academy reserves the right to remove dancers from the academy without refund, if you are found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
Competition squad only
- You must attend all crew training sessions, to keep your position in your crew.
- Any unauthorised absences from crew training 3 weeks prior to a competition. You will lose your position in the crew for the competition. This will be down to teachers discretion.
- You must declare holidays or other absences as soon as possible.
- When purchasing the crew costume, you are hiring the costume for the season. Should you leave or lose your space in the crew, your costume will need to be given back. When the competition season finishes the costume will become yours.
